A federal judge, appointed by former President Obama, has ruled that Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Acting Deputy Secretary Ken Cuccinelli was not previously “lawfully appointed” to his job as Acting Director of United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Moss sided with the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services — an open borders lobbying group — by stating that Cuccinelli had not been lawfully named to head USCIS in an acting role and thus his policies implemented during his tenure are void. So the president’s policies, because they are carried out by the ‘wrong person’, become void? What stretches of the imagination the leftists go through. The last president was allowed to create policy with a ‘pen and a phone’ which he himself acknowledged he did not have authority to create – and his judges are still trying to keep his unlawful policies.
To think we pay the freight on these FRIVOLOUS lawsuits of Deep State law-fare just makes the’pelipsky all warm inside. Treating The People’s cash like it’s cheap ain’t good for the economy .
President Biden/Warren/Sanders/Bloomberg will fix this problem by appointing more Judges exactly like this stupid, lawless Obama appointee. This is what the Leftist fear: President Donald J. Trump won’t appoint Judges who don’t follow the Constitution and the Federal Statues. This is why they are willing to spend so much money trying to defeat President Trump. The stakes couldn’t be higher. Just ask Justice Ginsburg or Sotomayor.
This is a fugazy ruling. Trump’s policies don’t depend on who is heading the agency, regardless of details of his appointment. This will be overruled.
All the more reason to get back to filling the vacant federal judge seats just as fast as they can. It’s likely that this bought and paid for Judge will be reversed but that’s no reason not to go full speed ahead on the rest.
Speak of fuzzy appointments, what about Sotomayor and Kagan. Was Obama really,legally able to be the president and appoint all them judges? Hmmmmmmm.
