Once again, the fact is that it was a WOMAN (a conservative one so I guess she doesn’t count) who wrote the legislation and a WOMAN governor who signed it. There is a 6 month moratorium on it now because the plan was to have a “clean” bill without amendments to hopefully go to the Supreme Court.
