One Homeland Security Agency Prevented Another From Detaining A Possible Terrorist

The FBI tipped off Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) that Enrique Marquez, friend of the San Bernardino terrorists, would be appearing before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for a hearing on his status, the day after the shootings.

When ICE officials showed up to take Mr. Marquez into custody USCIS officials blocked their entry.

Leon Rodriquez, head of USCIS was

Their excuse, ICE has never shown up before to arrest anyone.

Which begs the question, what happens when someone is denied citizenship or entry by USCIS?

Also, I thought the whole point of creating Homeland Security was to coordinate government agencies?

  1. “communications break down” my AAAAASSS

This is the exact same bullshit rewriting of “Inter-Agency Communication Guidelines” that that fucnking jamie gore-lick screwed America with before Sept. 11, 2001.
Then later paid off with a seat on the Board of Directors at either Minnie Mae or Mickey Mac.
