The Oregon lottery has made a special exemption for an Iraqi Muslim who came to America to collect his millions. Policy dictates that the name of the winner be published to erase any claims of impropriety. But the state pushed appearances of impropriety aside and assured everyone that there is a legitimate reason for not letting everyone know who the winner was-
he could be kidnaped in his home country if his FELLOW ANIMALS found out he came into money.
How come Americans aren’t afforded this anonymity? We have our own animals.
