Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Deputy Fired For Social Media Posts That Included Michelle Obama as Planet of the Apes

Sun Sentinel-

Everett Stern is the founder and intelligence director of Tactical Rabbit, a private intelligence agency composed of former government agents and intelligence community members. Stern wrote a letter to Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw and included screenshots of some of Van Dusen’s posts.

Stern alleges that many of the social media posts were made while Van Dusen was on duty, and that there are at least 10 other deputies who engaged with Van Dusen on social media. He wants an investigation into civil rights violations and possible obstruction of justice.

Stern could not provide the names of anyone else involved, citing the need for protecting their methodology, which he said is also used to assist the government in counter-terrorism and narcotics operations.

“We know who they are,” he said.

Stern said he hired a former National Security Agency contractor to investigate Van Dusen’s social media activity and that he paid the contractor $15,000 for his work.

No word on them tracking down government workers who openly express the murder of Trump, or people who call him an ape and his daughter a c*nt.

  1. Oh wow. So they’re going to file charges because he’s an asshole on social media? LMAO. OK look here, you know how they found out who he was? Because one of his “Friends” snitched on him. That’s how. And they got Stern involved to hide behind. And THAT’S why Stern didn’t name names. Fuck your fancy investigative tools. You had a bitch on the inside. Pussy.

  2. Big Brother is watching and he’s got independent intelligence contractors on the payroll to squash freedom of speech and thought.

Fear and the loss of finances are powerful tools to enforce political conformity.

  3. This is disgusting.

Be that as it may, wtf is wrong with people that they can’t contain themselves or figure out better ways of expressing themselves. Everything can be said in a way that can’t be challenged as some kind of “ist”. (Also you don’t play on social media while you’re on the employer’s dime.)

  4. Someone explain to me the difference between this (and many other instances) and living under a totalitarian government that identifies and punishes you for speaking anything that is deemed unacceptable.

Scary, isn’t it? And the First Amendment is fully in tact. I know, there’s some nuance here, perhaps. But isn’t this “totalitarianism by proxy?”

  5. Has anyone determined if Mike is indeed a Wookieeeee or a Silver Back Sasquatch? The hairstyle is definitely Wookish, but the screech is clearly Squatch. So puzzling.

  6. By now everyone should know that you are only allowed to call Trump a nazi, monkey, or nazi-monkey.

Make fun of a democrat, and you’ll get a 2 o’clock knock on your door.
