  14. @DaveVA- Trump is not officially on Gab. They archived all of his Twitter posts and set up an account for him on Gab. If and when Trump decides ti officially use Gab, you can bet there will be a tsunami announcements and new followers.

    My thought is that he buys Gab. We shall see.

  17. I have an account with Parler but really didn’t like some of the features. I will keep it for a while and market iOTWr until I can’t stand it. Or maybe just keep it to promote this site so we get more traffic. We’ll see.

  25. To the contrary, I’ve been listening to Bongino’s podcasts daily and liking them more and more. At least take a listen to what he’s saying about Parler. The way I figure it, the more platforms that AREN’T Facebook or Twitter the better. Let’s see how they develop. At least they are giving it a shot. There is absolutely no future for a conservative on any of the liberal totalitarian platforms.

  26. I’ve met Dan and I always thought he was a pretty good guy. But outside of his expertise as a former NYC cop and Secret Service agent, he’s really not all that bright. Since quitting the Secret Service and running twice (and losing) for Congress, he’s been trying very hard to make a new career of some sort for himself, capitalizing on his conservative cred as a pundit, and remain relevant and in the public eye. Because what else is he going to do — become a private security consultant, when there are lots of people with far more expertise in that milieu?

    It’s sad but in addition to his overly wordy podcasts, he’s allowed himself to be the “front man” conservative voice for the Parler venture. The other owners brought tech expertise and/or money. In other words, he sold out.
