Name one single product that Greece exports. Just about the only “industry” they have is tourism, though for the life of me I cannot imagine why anyone would pay good money to visit such a rundown shithole like Greece. I have been there, more than once. Even the ruins are ruined.

Greece was one of my two best vacations ever. I found Athens fascinating and sailing the Dodecanese Islands on a 45 ft yacht with an experienced captain in all kinds of sailing conditions some of the most fun I have had. The people I met were friendly and charming, the sky so blue and the water even bluer. Put politics aside and enjoy. That was only 5 years ago.
