4. Go to the article and read the comment by Cleatus Van Damne. It is spot on.

5. I think it’s a great name for a team. It honors Indians.
   I know I did not complain.

6. Heard this on Rush – from the FOIA: ZERO, nobody complained about the name – only the pedarest Harry and the regime.

7. If they come up with any names it will be Jack Mehoff, or Mike Hunt, or Barry Obama, or some other fake POS name.

11. So a group of 5 people got together and petitioned the Trademark and Appeals Board and with no other actual complaints they were able to get the Board to strip the team of its registered (and highly valuable) trademark.

    Any one find the name of a liberal company offensive.

    For example, I think Ben and Jerry is an affront to people named Benjamin and Jerold.

    It is a pejorative that is hurtful to the self esteem of all native Benjamins and Jerolds. It a derogatory term to refer to someone as a Jerry and to be told you are a “Ben” is the very height of insult.

    With a few more sentences like this and some signatures from some Benjamins and Jerolds and we could try to strip Ben and Jerry’s of their trademark as well.
