  1. My general problem with”offensive” humor is that usually, at least when it is against conservatives, it isn’t funny but rather what made it “funny” was merely the fact that it was being said. It may not have been funny. It may not have had anything to do with anything. It was, “Oh, he dropped an f-bomb. That’s hilarious.”

I once did a comedy open mic. There was a a hot babe who just sat there talking about sex. No point to what she was saying, nothing funny in what she was saying, but she was a hot babe talking about sex. Guess who got the biggest reaction to her routine. Meanwhile, a friend and I who wrote routines and were there to polish them barely got any reaction. Maybe we weren’t that funny, but we sure were funnier than just talking about sex.

I must say though, that I find much of what Ann Coulter writes to be in the same vein. She will write a column to ostensibly make a point but in reality just use the column as an excuse to make the latest irrelevant zinger she thought of.

I know it is a dangerous thing to say, but I really like Bill Cosby’s material records from the 60’s. good, clean stories that most people could relate to — and they were funny.

  2. Nah, Louis C.K. came on everyone else. He’s a nutjob. (pun intended) Damaged goods. An evil crazy person who shouldn’t be defended.

    Louis C.K. got his comeuppance.

  3. Ann Coulter’s zingers are the best. Making laughingstocks of the liberals is a big part of the fun. I say we have some fun before shooting the bastards.

Most of Ann’s zingers are pretty creative.
