Pelosi: My Brother’s ‘Life and Leadership Were a Tribute to the Catholic Values With Which We Were Raised’

(CNSNews.com) – House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D.-Calf.) issued a statement on Sunday honoring her older brother Thomas D’Alesandro III, the former mayor of Baltimore, Md., who had passed away that day.

“Tommy was the finest public servant I have ever known,” Pelosi said. “His life and leadership were a tribute to the Catholic values with which we were raised: faith, family, patriotism. He profoundly believed, as did our parents, that public service was a noble calling and that we all had a responsibility to help others.”

D’Alesandro, who was 90 years old, served as mayor of Baltimore from 1967 to 1971. Nancy Pelosi’s father, Thomas D’Alesandro, Jr., had also served as mayor of Baltimore, in terms running from 1947 to 1959. read more

  1. “Catholic Values With Which We Were Raised”

Would love to hear how abortion is a Catholic value.

Then we can get on to the other 99 things of the devil she advocates for.

  2. Patience. She has her reward. Her judgment awaits.

The works of the wicked follow them. Their works will bear unimpeachable witness against them at the Great White Throne, from which there will be neither mercy nor appeal. Only justice and condemnation will be found there, for the day of grace (which is TODAY) will have forever passed, as they as rejected it.

  4. I was a kid when he was mayor, but my father-in-law
who was a somewhat connected Democrat said he hated
his guts because the guy was so crooked. I have no
doubt at all he was telling the truth, especially
after watching his “sis” in action.

So how many little boys did your brother molest Pelosi and no doubt he was gay? Those Catholic Values include abortions, molestation’s, homosexuality, and greed. Those are the values you put forth Pelosi.

  7. Their views of Catholicism is warped. Her family are CINOs (Catholic in Name Only) I guess you can call yourself anything you want but that doesn’t make it so. Besides, the Catholic Church as done very little to stand up and speak out against her statements. Therefore, they are complicit.
