Police say the “box demon” seen on viral Ring camera video near York, Pennsylvania has been identified and officers spoke to them.
“There are no public safety concerns. The homeowner who had the box placed on her doorstep was made aware of the identification and does not wish to speak any further regarding this incident,” Northern York County Regional police said.
The update brings some closure after viral Ring camera video from a central Pennsylvania home showed someone wearing a paper plate mask appearing on the front porch and leaving something behind.
“I am the box demon, I leave this gift, this box, a gift for you,” they say into the camera. More
