Pennsylvania Supreme Court bars counting incorrectly dated absentee ballots

JTN:

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Tuesday handed the Republican Party an enormous election integrity win ahead of the November midterm elections, ruling that the commonwealth may not count incorrectly dated or undated absentee ballots.

“The Pennsylvania county boards of elections are hereby ORDERED to refrain from counting any absentee and mail-in ballots received for the November 8, 2022 general election that are contained in undated or incorrectly dated outer envelopes,” the two-page court order reads.

“We hereby DIRECT that the Pennsylvania county boards of elections segregate and preserve any ballots contained in undated or incorrectly dated outer envelopes,” it continued. more here

  1. Tank could care less if she wins. She would rather keep the grift going. Much more lucrative than a Governors salary…

Hopefully her and Beta O’Dork are finally put out to pasture. A scrawny bleating goat and a giant heifer need their leafy greens.

  2. “…and preserve any ballots contained in undated or incorrectly dated outer envelopes,”

…no reason to “preserve” them unless you want them to remain available for Democrats to cheat, “accidentally” mix with VALID voted AFTER removing the envelope, or to give some race hustler a chance to get them before a Democrat judge who will illegally rule they must be accepted because, equity, or something.

The fact that they are still KEEPING them means they WILL get used eventually, one way or another.

This isn’t a “win” at all.

    It’s a sleight of hand.

  3. Well, SNS’ concerns are valid, evidence of why the ballot was not counted could be evidenced by the retention of unopened mis-dayed ballots. I once was contacted by my elections board to verify my signature, so I expect that up through election day those voters may get a second chance. so, yes huge potential for fraud remains, as you’d have to go all CSI on hand writing and ink to “prove it.”
