4) PHenry (Stray Cat) Who you calling a softie? A little stray cat wandered into the yard and I started feeding him. He’s very skittish and I call him a he because I don’t know the gender. He keeps hanging around and is always by my shop door hollering his brains out. But he doesn’t like going in. But it’s about to get real cold. So I found an old cardboard box and cut a door in it and put in an old towel on the floor. We’ll see if he moves in to hotel Jack Daniels. Update: He’s moved in.
5) PHenry (Stray Cat) -Maybe I screwed up. Little cat liked the Jack Daniels hotel. But I figured that it’s just a cardboard box that won’t stand up to weather so I decided to encapsulate it with rigid pink foam insulation. Apparently little cat doesn’t much care for his Barbie castle.
-Oh good. Mystery cat went back into the Barbie house. It’s 30 degrees and dropping.
-Made the flyers and will distribute tomorrow but Jack (Daniels) now let’s me pick him up and let’s me scratch his ears. I’m getting the feeling that this relationship is going to be long term. He owns me now.
-If he’s a male he’s Jack. As in Daniels. Female? Jackie.
6) PHenry (Stray Cat) Seems to like laps. He’s set up in the woodshop now. It’s got heat. And food and water. Likes the television with Newsmax.
7,8) RogerF (Black Bear) Taken from my parent’s house.
9) Truckbuddy (Sammy) In the sun after a bath.
10) RogerF (Merlin)

  12. Thanks for the break, Lady C, and for showing my snowbirds.

    We had to move the feeder away from the house, though. The squirrels were dive bombing it from our porch roof and making a pretty good mess, so might be hard to get close ups like this again. Hoping this winter doesn’t give me snowbird opportunities in the first place though, no offense to snow lovers…
