8. What was the “reasonable, articulable suspicion” that he was committing, about to commit, or had committed a crime? Without that, this is a CLEAR violation of this guy’s 4th amendment right. Ridiculous and semi-coherent are NOT crimes. “Suspicious” is NOT a crime.

    The comment is spot on. Heh, if this guy identifies as whoever he chooses to be, he’s free to do it. The guy was playing their game. There was no reason to detain him unless he was being a threat to society. Even then, cops don’t waste their time on them. That’s what I see in my daily living here. I’ve seen worse in people like him, tatted, pierced, horn growing out of their head.
