The Australian government is considering banning TikTok, and India already has.

    You mean like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter (and others)?

    Americans are told to practice social distancing when what they should do is practice social media cancellation.

  2. I read the attached story and a link to a CBC story from 2012. It was about the Senior Systems Security Advisor for NORTEL (Canadian telecom company which was once huge but went bust) who accused Huwai of hacking into NORTEL’s sustems for ten years and stealing everything they had from new designs, current designs, manufacturing instructions, marketing plans, market share etcetc. NORTEL couldn’t compete against the competition that knew everything and while the company made mistakes as well the theft was what killed them. China denied it of course and described the company as a “globally trusted company”.
