President Trump has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize by Christian Tybring-Gjedde, a member of the Norwegian Parliament, who cited the recent peace deal brokered between Israel and the United Arab Emirates.
“For his merit, I think he has done more trying to create peace between nations than most other Peace Prize nominees,” Tybring-Gjedde told Fox News.
In his nomination letter to the Nobel Committee, the politician said the Israel-UAE agreement “could be a game changer” because other Middle Eastern countries may follow suit, turning “the Middle East into a region of cooperation and prosperity.” More

I think it would look better on Trump if they didn’t give it to him, would cement the political nature of the award.
I have mixed feelings, too. On the one hand, if you look at what the Nobel Peace Prize is supposed to be, President Trump unquestionably deserves it. On the other hand, I’d hate to see his name on the same list as many of the NONpeaceful bastards who got it in years past.
We, the undersigned, strongly protest this nomination and the committee should denounce and deny the request immediately.
The idea that someone is nominated for actually doing something to promote peace undermines the strides that the Nobel committee has made over the past few years and makes a complete mockery of the process.

Yasser Arafat (1994) had family members living it up in Paris with all the money that never made it to his people.
If he wins the award, he should (and probably will) have it turned into the most amazing hobo nickel ever seen.
It would be great if Trump tells them to stick it up Nobel’s ass.
