  1. 1. How much is this going to cost the U.S.?

    2. It really pisses me off when these people SUDDENLY learn to speak English for the cameras when they are in need of help.

    Ask Pakistan for help.

  2. Guajataca Dam was designed by and is owned by the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority. The reservoir was constructed starting in 1928.

    U.S. A.C.E. or 3rd World construction?

  3. The electric company in Puerto Rico is thoroughly and knowingly corrupt. A cookie jar for democrat politicians and elites.

Puerto Rico owes $80 billion in bonds it can’t repay. Until they figure out a way to repay the bonds, I say they’re on their own.
