After a year and a half of negotiations with various factions in the Syrian Civil War and the Iraq mess, Qatar was able to arrange the release of 26 hostages, 11 of whom are Qatari royals.
The deal struck involved money, refugees and political prisoners being held by Syria and will probably lead to more kidnappings, violence and terror through out the region.
The dumb asses were in an unsecured region of Iraq hunting with their falcons when they were kidnapped by Shia militia. Their government ended up having to pay millions to various Shia terrorists and Al-Qaida linked groups to get them back.
They had to be out of their falcon minds.
