Kentucky Republican Sen. Rand Paul says he will make a criminal referral to the Department of Justice against Dr. Anthony Fauci.
During an interview Tuesday night on Fox News, Paul told host Sean Hannity that Fauci, the head of the infectious diseases department at NIH, lied to Congress about NIH funding sent to Wuhan, China.
“You kicked off your questioning of Dr. Fauci emphasizing federal law makes lying to Congress a felony punishable by up to five years in prison. Is it your belief based on the evidence, senator, that he lied before Congress and broke the law?” Hannity asked Paul.
“Yes, and I will be sending a letter to the Department of Justice asking for a criminal referral because he has lied to Congress,” Paul answered. watch
And I will buy a lotto ticket in order to become a multi-millionaire. The odds are just as good in either case.
Nice thought. Nothing will come of it.
He’s got a great fundraising campaign out of it though.
Never happen.
DOA: dead on arrival at Gestapo headquarters!
Just do it!
Quit your damn strutting!
BTW, ANYONE SEEN DURHAM???
AWESOME!
Wipe the smile off that Girly opening pitch as the ball Game without a Mask Shitstain.
“HI, criminal enterprise? Will you investigate yourself for me? You’ll get right on it? Thanks so much!”
This is Rand Paul fundraising and nothing more. And I’m sick and tired of these damn Republicans and their do nothing theater. He could have asked Fauci under oath how it was possible he sent Moderna the Covid code in 2019 to start developing a vaccine for a virus that wasn’t an issue yet – that would have been a truth bomb.
@Benito- He’s probably functioning as a cleanup man for Bill Barr’s self service brothel. It’s obvious these Hillaryites leaned on everybody.
DOJ is now DOTTJ (Department of Two Tier Justice)
Yeah, good luck with that! Fauci’ll get Arkancided before he ever gets indicted.
They not gonna do a fucking thing about Doc Fugazi Fauci. The bad guys one. The US belongs to Satan now as does most of the World.
Fu*k you, Fraudchi.
So many sternly-worded letters; so little ever done in response.
