It was becoming impossible to ignore the mounting evidence that this guy was an instigator and probably a deep state agitator whose mission it was to cause as much chaos and destruction (to damage Trump) as possible.

Ray Epps, a former Marine who became the center of a Jan. 6, 2021, conspiracy theory, has been charged with a misdemeanor offense in connection with the U.S. Capitol riot, according to court papers filed Tuesday.
Epps, who claimed in a lawsuit filed this year that Fox News Channel made him a scapegoat for the Capitol riot, is charged with disorderly or disruptive conduct on restricted grounds, court records show. The charge was filed as an information, suggesting a plea deal was worked out ahead of time, and the judge has scheduled a plea agreement hearing for Wednesday.
Messages seeking comment from an attorney representing Epps in his lawsuit against Fox were not immediately returned Tuesday. A lawyer who represented Epps during an interview with the U.S. House Committee that investigated the Capitol attack didn’t respond immediately to a call and an email seeking comment. There was no attorney listed in the court docket in the criminal case filed in Washington’s federal court.

This is all the confirmation needed that there is little doubt Ray Epps role is much closer to what the “conspiracy theorists” claim than what the government would have you believe.

This is just more evidence that our nation is run by persons other than those elected. While Epps is pretty obviously an FBI or other agency run provocateur, as are many other individuals involved in fomenting the baby scale riot at the capitol, apparently he didn’t have official status.
Were he not an agent of the regime he would be languishing in prison with the other hundreds of political prisoners held by the state as a warning to the people.
Nothing says ‘This was a completely clean and honest election’ like ranking regime toadies using agents provocateurs to create a minor league riot then calling it an insurrection. Also imprisoning individuals involved or not, then charging persons who (in my opinion correctly) claim the election was stolen, then attempting to imprison the leading opposition candidate and running those proceedings through the election cycle.
RFK Jr and Trump certainly must beware the assassin’s hand, RFK because he’s inside and a loose cannon, besides it’ll be a three-fer for the deep state, kind of a point of pride for the rotten bastards. Trump for the obvious reason that a hundred million and more people will vote for him if allowed, many only because they see and reject the persecution taking place.
The stark contrast of the incarcerated J6 prisoners and this slap on the wrist is proof of what he is!
