Awwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!! I wasn’t ready before but NOW I am.😍
Fox – all I see while squirrel hunting.
Squirrel – all I see while turkey hunting.
Geese – all I see while duck hunting.
Ducks – all I see while goose hunting.
Deer – all I see while rabbit hunting.
Bear – all I see while deer hunting – RUN!!!!
The pool is closed.
😞
@Jethro — haha! Maybe you should just go generic hunting(?), don’t say what it is you are hunting. lol
@AA
If I did that then all I would see is the game warden…
Never ready for Fall, but I’m glad the coons have returned to the wild.
The deer are getting a little skittish but the bunnies don’t seem to care – yet.
Haven’t seen the armadillos though their tell-tale conical holes are more prevalent than earlier.
I fear that Autumn won’t bring much relief for this trying year.
Again, thank you, Claudia, for the respite.
So cute!
Last burst of color before it gets all ughy outside.
The colors are beautiful and the animals even more so. I am resisting fall, though. I have always been one who clings to summer. Dread digging up my beautiful impatiens as they are still flowering bright pinks and corals!
@Jethro — Of course! I didn’t think of that.
@Tired Mom — My impatiens were beautiful this summer until the neighbor’s slugs/snails went through them like a hot knife through butter. Drove me nuts to wake up every day to two or three more plants denuded. Dumped a ridiculous amount of Sluggo on them, Geoff C. even put down copper strips — no dice. I even went out there at 2:30 – 4:00 a.m. with a flashlight to hunt them. All sixty (60) plants!
Not ready for fall…as we didn’t have too much of a summer in NE Ohio. However, the cute critters help reconcile me to the reality of its arrival.
Gorgeous fall photos. The best kind.
where I live the leaves don’t change color until they fall off the tree onto the ground- and then they are only brown. 🙁 I’ll take what ever season Claudia sends my way so I can enjoy different seasons- Here it’s either summer-hot or winter-chilly and wet. thank you for Sundays here……….
Fall hit Seattle today. Much cooler and some well needed rain. I knew I’d miss summer!
