If her management had been standing in her office and heard this nothing would have happened. Perhaps agreement.
But it went public. The veil was pulled back for a few seconds and the real face of the leftist media is exposed. She was fired for allowing that glimpse.
The Huron Daily News immediately fired the reporter. They did the right thing, good for them. An act of principle in a sea of dishonestly stands out. The NYT or WP would have put the reporter up for a Pulitzer.
