Bachman is right. There so much about this bill that is illegal to begin with, why is Boehner agreeing with this Chamberlain to arm Iran in its goal of destroying the west? Just the side deal with the IAEA would be enough to call into question and defeat any plan to pass this “deal” (treaty). They (even the oppo) is making the arguments against this disaster of a decision more complex and the outcome difficult to understand than they should be! Iran is a clear enemy of the west and the U.S., why are we arming them? It mocks every silent grave of every American (and its allies) service person and every War Bond drive that was ever undertaken.
The congress and Boehner are so down in the weeds on this subject that I have yet to hear anyone talk about WHY Kerry negotiated with Iran in the first place and what the goals were, because I gotta tell you, I do not see any concessions that ensure American interests are preserved; but just the opposite.
