That first part looked like something out of an Avatar movie, very cool.
A couple of observations; no litter, no bums taking a dump in the corner, no noisy out of control teenagers, no smoking, and mostly families with young kids, guaranteeing their future as a distinct culture. And not a very diverse lot….hmmmm!!
South Koreans rank at the top for world literacy, test scores and internet access but I wonder if their history as taught in public schools gives enough credit to the USA for their wealth and bounty?

North Korea has bomb shelters for the elite with 100 watt light bulbs to protect them from the starving masses.
No comparison to the creativity, wealth and freedom of the South.

Decent place & people.
A 7/11 style store every 50 feet in Seoul and the other two-three big cities.
Cold as ice in Winter.
Karaoke was very popular.
black people were not popular.
I got very drunk in SK…
I just remembered, the business people like to entertain clients with something called “Room Salon.”
In a private room they wheel in a liquor cart, a karaoke cart/player, hot, young salon girls, etc.
One time it included an Asian Eddie Van Halen complete with guitar.
MAN, I got stone cold drunk AF….
Only time hangover was worth it!
