In a video posted on X by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), [Robert] Kennedy announced that the science has been reviewed, and it shows that the shots forced on the public by the government to supposedly stop the COVID pandemic actually helped cause the variants and caused the pandemic to go on longer.

  21. No. He can’t turn over a US citizen to a foreign nation, unless (maybe) he has dual citizenship with Russia. Russia would have to come take him to court here in the US (or US territory),regardless.
