President Reagan and Alex Trebek had similar speaking voices – both very calm and gentlemanly. Both voices seem to be nicely modulated and at about the same octave, wavelength, sound vibration or whatever it’s called.
I always enjoyed President Reagan deliberately mispronouncing “government” as “gubmint”, displaying his disgust for the unelected unaccountable chair-moistening bureaucrats in Sector 7G

President Reagan will always be my favorite President. #2 is President Trump.
