Washington Examiner: Rudy Giuliani called the New York City Police Department when he realized something wasn’t quite right when Sacha Baron Cohen showed up in drag.
Cohen, a comedian, set up a meeting with Giuliani at the Mark Hotel in Manhattan on Tuesday under the false pretense of having President Trump’s personal attorney discuss the administration’s response to the coronavirus pandemic. The prank interview was likely for Cohen’s political satire show, This is America, in which he gets people to say and do ludicrous things.
Giuliani, 76, agreed to do an interview with someone he thought would be a woman. The woman turned out to be Cohen in drag — perhaps a nod to the former New York City mayor’s drag-queen comedy stints between 1997 and 2000.
“This person comes in yelling and screaming, and I thought this must be a scam or a shake-down, so I reported it to the police. He then ran away.” more.
I’ve always considered Sacha Baron Cohen a rather disgusting person no matter who he is doing something to or what it is.
I can’t stand people who try and make fools of other people to make money/a name/bolster career for themselves. Like Howie Mandel. I still think he’s a big POS and so is SBC. Mental midgets who think they are smarter than everyone else.
Cohen, a comedien???
When did being a Flaming Asshole become funny?
It’s a played out tactic, really.
I don’t know why hollywood types love re-runs so much. And they call themselves progressives. lol
I might watch a Sacha Barren Cohen video if I knew in advance that his target gives him a one-two to the body followed by a left hook to the jaw, preferably breaking it.
Otherwise, no.
“Cohen, a comedian…” that’s fake news right there!
Not funny. Never funny. Just a fraud – in whatever “costume” he dons.
Guy must be hung like a hamster to be so insecure he feels the need to belittle and mock and make fools of everyone he comes across.
He has a following that would fill a micro bus. The only time his name comes up is when he’s pulled some idiotic stunt like this. He so craves the acceptance of the Hollywood crowd but he remains on the outside looking in.
