The Federalist: Former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates said Wednesday during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing that former FBI Director James Comey went “rogue” when setting a perjury trap on former Trump White House national security adviser Michael Flynn in January 2017.
After Yates defended the legitimacy of the Flynn investigation by the FBI, which is now publicly known as nothing more than a brazen attempt to oust Flynn, committee Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., asked Yates point-blank whether Comey ultimately went “rogue.”
“Did Comey go rogue?” Graham asked.
