Jeff Weaver pretty much blames ISIS on Hillary’s foreign policy, and by extension, suggests her foreign policy as president would benefit the terror group.

Meanwhile, he’s right. The Hillbag and the Øbamboozler (the lying/denying Muzlim Mallard) are directly responsible for ISIS/ISIL or whutever name they’re going by this week.
