DC: White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders laid out Friday a series of actions the Trump administration would like to see coupled with an amnesty for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) beneficiaries.
President Trump has called for Congress to “legalize” the DACA program, which protects roughly 800,000 illegal immigrants. Sanders said Friday that there is no settled deal. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer claimed this week that Trump agreed to a deal protecting DACA beneficiaries without funding a southern border wall.
Right now our goal, our focus is making sure [DACA] is taken care of with also coupling that with massive border security, interior enforcement,” Sanders said.
There are “some specific things we would like to see,” she said, mentioning an “end to sanctuary cities, expedited removal, more immigration judges, supporting things like the RAISE Act.”
Two of these goals, expedited removal and more immigration judges, deal with the extensive immigration court backlog. A January executive order by Trump authorized the Department of Homeland Security to deport illegal immigrants who have been in the U.S. for less than two years without a court hearing. Why the hell do we need DACA taken care of? Chained immigration is not a red line?
I do not believe we would have gotten anything but amnesty and more immigrants with any of the other shit that ran for President, which is why Trump was my choice in the primaries. I want that Trump back. I still believe he was our best hope, but now I fear the swamp has swallowed him and our country with it.
I guess, if you want them out of your house, you have to build a new house. But my professional betters insist that I must shelter in place.

There are no absolutes. I said I would be happy if Trump got one quarter of what he said he would do. It is way more than the GOP ever got and going in the right direction. That said. No amnesty No citizenship No chain migration.

Can we all just agree to a citizenship neutral solution? Like a revenue neutral compromise, but counting heads instead of coins.
So, current citizens will agree to as many new citizens being added as Columbia wants. Any number at all. In exchange Columbia agrees to remove the current citizen status of Columbian pay stub recipients. On a one for one basis.
(Legally, this may require removal with extreme prejudice. But I’m sure the details won’t have to be known before being made law. Right, Madame Pelosi?)

The above sounds like “in exchange for Democratic states starting to follow our already established laws, we’ll give you DACA”. Which is BS. More immigration judges? Pffft. We have plenty of immigration judges and federal judges who are ignoring the rule of law with impunity.
Asset forfeiture for all illegal aliens. Businesses, homes, cars, cash, the rings on your fucking fingers and the gold in your fillings. The confiscated funds get split between paying for the wall and the local PD or cop that caught them. If that happens, we won’t be talking about this come the next election.
