A federal appeals court in Ohio ruled Thursday that students cannot be forced to use preferred pronouns in school.
Defending Education (DE) filed the suit against Olentangy Local School District (OLSD) in 2023, arguing the district’s anti-harassment policy that requires students to use the “preferred pronouns” of others violates students’ First Amendment rights by “compelling students to affirm beliefs about sex and gender that are contrary to their own deeply held beliefs.” Although a lower court attempted to shoot down the challenge, the appeals court ruled in a 10-7 decision that the school cannot “wield their authority to compel speech or demand silence from citizens who disagree with the regulators’ politically controversial preferred new form of grammar.”
Retribution aimed at recalcitrant students by fat woke purple-haired tattooed smelly lesbian teachers can come in many forms.
Those not complying can be singled out,ostracized, and targeted. The indoctrinated teacher can hold them back or flunk them. The teacher, the authority figure, holds massive power to make any student not toeing the line pay dearly for standing up for truth.
Hurray! Now it’s safe to resume not sending children to the camps!

Forcing anyone to use language that they do not want to use is a violation of the right to free speech.
The “gender” part of this mess is fundamentally irrelevant.
The Federal Appeals Court also issued a warning that withdrawal from the use of preferred pronouns may result in disbelief, apathy, hives, nausea and vomiting, yelling, screaming and diarrhea. If you experience any of these symptoms it is important to discontinue being a democRAT and seek help immediately.
But the American Teacher’s Union won a battle also. The kids, from kindergarten on up will be allowed to say words like D**K, F**K, C**T, S**T, Q***R, P**S, A**, etc., i.e., all and every foul word in English and all other languages.

One thing for sure and for certain is that “they” would have never forced me to use anyone’s preferred pronouns. Period. Full stop. My brother and I only went to class, to take tests or if there was some girl we were interested in just as soon as the progressive bullshit started. We were both getting among the highest test scores so they didn’t know what to do about it. My mom was pissed because we had so many absences and bitched about it to the school and we straight up told them we are not some fucking laboratory rats you are free to experiment on.
Think about what it is that a court had to rule on: somebody/anybody wants to force you to say things that are nonsense, incorrect, stupid.
And a judge, has to rule, that it is ok for you to say no, fuck off, I will not comply with your stupid request!
In a ‘school’ no less!
