Ironic that Congress, who would never impose term limits on themselves, are eager to impose it on a Supreme Court with whom it disagrees.
I would support a constitutional amendment adding violation of oath of office to the specific list of impeachable offenses along with treason and bribery.
Article 2, Section 4
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, violation of Oath, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
I would also support the passage and enactment of an update to the U.S. Code making violation of oath a Federal felony.
They are aware that the only mechanism for almost all of the changes that they want to impose are thru a constitutional convention or the amendment process, right? The Supreme Court os a co-equal branch of our government
