The Supreme Court on Wednesday agreed to decide whether Donald Trump can be prosecuted on charges he interfered with the 2020 election and set a course for a quick resolution. The justices’ order maintains a hold on preparations for a trial focused on Trump’s efforts to overturn his election loss, the AP reports. The court will hear arguments in the week of April 22, the Washington Post reports. A decision is likely no later than the end of June. The court said in an unsigned statement that it will consider “whether and if so to what extent does a former President enjoy presidential immunity from criminal prosecution for conduct alleged to involve official acts during his tenure in office.”

I’m sure Ms. 800 rounds/sec who doesn’t know what a woman is can be trusted with the fate of the Republic.
The same people who have the naked pictures of me on Epstein Island who told me NOT to hear the election fraud cases, also think Trump should lose this one.
What to do, what to do…
Soy enferma y soy muy Comunista.
Trump pierde. Viva la Reconquista!
Lesbians for Democrats forever, Trump is never!
I’m afraid to vote against Democrats.
Whatever the majority says is good.
What Amy says times 10. I don’t need all THAT crap again.
Guess I’ll be writing another minority opinion.
^^^^^ If this is all the same reader posting, you need to find a hobby. And this certainly doesn’t count.
Trump wants them to rule against him. Trust me on this. If SCOTUS does it’ll open the door to go for every past president to be prosecuted for crimes they committed.
Think 9/11, Benghazi….etc.
Meanwhile, Trump can still pardon himself when he gets elected, but Bush, Obama, Biden…..not so much.
^^^^ Either way Trump wins. Biden just got a cute young woman murdered in Georgia.
Silly Tsunami. Laws don’t apply to Democrats.
NO STANDING!
Brad: Did you see that weasel mayor of (sanctuary city) Athens, GA at his press conference? He tried to blame Trump for the murder. What a piece of shut. The people attending were having none of it.
