SCOTUS Leak Investigators Have Law Clerks Scrambling for Legal Counsel

According to new reporting from CNN on Tuesday, the Supreme Court authorities tasked by Chief Justice John Roberts with running the investigation are “taking steps to require law clerks to provide cell phone records and sign affidavits.”

The escalating investigation has caused Supreme Court clerks to become “so alarmed over the moves, particularly the sudden requests for private cell data, that they have begun exploring whether to hire outside counsel.” More

  1. They’ve given them time to get rid of the evidence. If Roberts had cared, he would have done this right after the leak was discovered. He doesn’t care and was probably the leaker.

    I just don’t care anymore. All of our institutions are corrupt. The Supremes are just as filthy as DOJ and their goon squad at FBI and CIA and mil are corrupt too.

  4. They’re not gonna find the leaker because the worthless piece of shit DoJ isn’t even looking for the leaker. And all you have to know about who leaked it is who is not getting threatened in their own own, i.e. Satomayor and Kagan. That’s the offices the leak came from.
