news.au– Prime Minister Scott Morrison has promised to deport an Iraqi man who indecently assaulted a three-year-old girl at a Western Sydney shopping mall.
Security guard Mohammad Hassan Al Bayati, 30, touched the young girl’s underwear and exposed himself during the 11 minutes they were in a stairwell — away from surveillance cameras — at DFO Homebush a week before Christmas in 2016.
Speaking to Sunrise this morning, the PM said Al Bayati had “abused” Australia’s generosity.
“This bloke has no right to be here. He’s abused the generosity of a country that gave him a new start and it is absolutely appalling,” he said.
On Twitter, the PM worte he was “sickened by Al Bayati’s despicable crime”.
Eleven minutes later, after receiving sexual gratification, he walked her back to the playground where her seven-year-old sister was crying because she couldn’t find her younger sibling.
The mother, having returned from shopping, was also waiting there and was quickly berated by Al Bayati.
“The gall of the offender to lecture the mother about the dangers and risks of leaving her in the play area when he ended up being the greatest risk is one of the most curious parts in this matter,” Judge Pickering said.
People don’t always realize that this awful experience will change this girl’s life, no matter that she is so young.

If he had committed the crime here in the states he’d quickly have a battery of ACLU lawyers stepping in for his defense. They’d claim the child acted provocatively and he simply responded to her sexual overtures.

Rape, particularly child rape, is about power, NOT sex. Forcing unwanted sex is just the expression of that power, as it demostrates that the victim can’t even protect their most intimate self. The penile deprived rapist simply uses any phallic object close to hand, or even JUST his hand, to penetrate and humiliate. He obtains sexual gratification from the power, penis or no penis.
Child rapist seem particularly dedicated. I believe that, since they committed one of the BIGGEST offenses against God and Man, God has given up on them and turned them over to a reprobate mind (see Romans 1:20-32). However that may be, they tend to be not only unrepentant, but even proud, with some going so far as to say in open court that they’ll do it again when released.
They even tell other prisoners this. That’s why many die in prison, at the hands of fellow inmates.

We know that sexual abuse is, in large part, a self-replicating cycle; forced programming that manifests by turning Victim into Offender. That cycle has to be broken somewhere to stop it. Usually there’s only one way. It’s already been stated by several of us.
