West Point Military Academy and the Air Force Academy have both ended their “Diversity and Inclusion Studies” minors.
As late as Jan. 8, West Point, based in New York, offered its DEI minor, while as of Jan. 9 the Air Force Academy, based in Colorado, still offered its DEI minor, according to internet archives. Currently, a minor in “Diversity and Inclusion Studies” is no longer listed on either service academy’s website.
Around the same time the DEI minors disappeared, President Donald Trump ended all DEI programs in federal agencies via an executive order. More
I can’t think of a more worthless endeavor in strengthening warfighting skils, esprit de corps, and unit cohesion than this crap. In fact, anyone just north of idiot status can plainly see how divisive and counter to these objectives DEI really is.
Anyone who has served (or even studied the military) knows that an effective fighting unit is made up men who trust each other for their very lives. They must operate as a team and is as efficient as its weakest member. Each man subordinates his life to that of the team, and there is no room for division, separation, or exclusion. DEI is anathema to those standards, and the men who implemented it within the military do not love their country.
Rich – DEI is not for strengthening warfighting skills. Quite the opposite. It is intended to dumb-down the military, corporations and anything it touches. DEI is a manufactured virus intended to impair and destroy the operations of whatever organization it is injected into disguised as “inclusion”.

I’ll take it one step further, it is un-American. The very basic tenet of American Exceptionalism is that we, as a nation, do not settle for mediocrity. Fortunes, prosperity, and status rise and fall by what a man does with his life and the decisions he makes. A man can go as far as his determination and resourcefulness will take him, and his only limitations are of his own making. DEI says,”HEY, you are too stupid, or too lazy to make it on your own, and society owes you because of past behavior (which you never suffered from BTW) so here you go, enjoy”.
