    …still, may the Lord watch over them, hold them safe from the flood, guide the stricken to safety, and guide the rescuers to the stricken; may He also keep those rescuers from hurt, harm, and danger as they perform their duties, and may He help the survivors to reunite joyously with their loved ones, comfort those who mourn today, and grant them the Blessed Assurance that those who sought His salvation are with Him in Heaven today, and we ask it all in the merciful name of Jesus, amen.

  6. Hard to call it global warming or climate change when across the globe different weather patterns are occurring simultaneously – flooding on one continent, severe droughts on another and normal patterns in many other areas.

    I guess climate change, like just about everything with libtards, is relative.

  7. This flooding is nothing compared to the devastation caused by the Royal Air Force’s Dambusters Raid on the night of May 16-17, 1943, by 19 Lancaster Bombers from 617 Squadron led by Wing Commander Guy Gibson, VC.

  13. I’ve been to Germany and many towns along the Rhine have many decals on a building showing the high water line from numerous floods over the centuries. But of course, the current flood was caused by global warming. The others????

    Google “Hochwasser” and “historic markers” and check the images.

    That said, maybe Germany will have to redirect some money from their Russian pipeline to flood recovery and relief unless good ole Uncle Sucker digs down deep again. Of course, we are still paying the majority of NATO expenses to protect Germany from the big bad Russians that they are now in bed with. Just sayin’.
