Troubling new details emerge.
BPR: The left and the media have once again gone into overdrive providing cover for Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.) who suffered a stroke in May 2022 while running for the Senate and is in the hospital once again after feeling lightheaded on Wednesday.
Now that Fetterman is in office, The New York Times has come out and reported that he has a severe hearing disability which alarmingly causes him to hear what sounds like the voice of the teacher from the “Peanuts” cartoon when listening to people speak.
Since the senator had his stroke, he has been plagued with cognitive issues, including a problem with auditory processing that forces him to carry a closed captioning device that shows him what someone is saying to him. Democrats describe it as a way to help him facilitate conversations.
“But his adjustment to serving in the Senate has been made vastly more difficult by the strains of his recovery, which left him with a physical impairment and serious mental health challenges that have rendered the transition extraordinarily challenging — even with the accommodations that have been made to help him adapt,” the New York Times reported.
“The stroke — after which he had a pacemaker and defibrillator implanted — also took a less apparent but very real psychological toll on Mr. Fetterman. It has been less than a year since the stroke transformed him from someone with a large stature that suggested machismo — a central part of his political identity — into a physically altered version of himself, and he is frustrated at times that he is not yet back to the man he once was. He has had to come to terms with the fact that he may have set himself back permanently by not taking the recommended amount of rest during the campaign. And he continues to push himself in ways that people close to him worry are detrimental,” the media outlet wrote, sounding like a propaganda machine. MORE

Voting has become a crap shoot anyway, you never know just who you’re getting or how they vote behind closed doors. I’m not that familiar with the recovery process for stroke victims, but I think he suffered his first stroke last May. I would assume that after six months, he was as “recovered” as he’s ever going to be.
Ever notice how these Democrat women have absolutely no compunctions about shoving the spouses they know better than anyone into the national spotlight no matter how addle-pated and clearly dysfunctional they may be, leaving them to drool and shit themselves on a media stage to shame themselves and this nation to the laughter of a global audience, thus cementing them in history at their doddering worst to be mocked for generations to come?
