This is soon to be repeated in Washington DC and in every State capital and at every level of county and city government in heavily “blue” areas throughout the entire country. If there is one thing the dirty motherfuckers are good at it is shifting blame onto others. The exceptions to that are few and they are recognizable and are recognized by the “boots on the street” employees and residents.
I spent a quarter century in that environment and have observed what goes on and although they think they are clever and smart, they aren’t fooling anyone. These bureaucrats are the most morally bankrupt sonsabitches imaginable and then some. Narcissism is not recognized as a character flaw among them. It is revered as a virtue.
