28. I’m a resident of 55 years of this area. In my younger days, I waited for the bus to school on this corner. I know it well. For decades at night, it’s been known as a no go area. Last year, the second highest murder record in the city of 83 was set. In 96 or 97, the record was 97.WHEN, not if the record is equaled and broken, I expect it to be on this crummy little corner of the city.
