Regated: The Little Rock Police Department is confirming reports of a shooting outside the Bill Clinton Presidential Library in Arkansas’ capital. Police reported one person shot at the scene. The shooting occurred outside of visitors parking.
The LRPD previously reported the victims condition as ‘unknown’, but the unidentified victims condition has now been upgraded to non life threatening.
Police have not commented on whether or not a shooter has been detained, or if they have details on the suspect. Police have also not commented on when the victim would be released from the hospital. The shooting is currently under investigation. more here

The victim, 19, was shot after attempting to sell blue jeans to another individual.
LRPD report that the two were robbed at gun point by three men. The victim was then shot in the leg and is not in critical condition. – thv11

When I heard initially I thought someone was shot with bodily fluid.
No one had told the shooter that Anthony Weiner had decline an invitation to visit the Clinton Presidential Library at exactly noon and the standing offer of a free lunch at the hot dog stand on the SW corner of the parking lot.
My first reaction was why was Carlos Danger in Little Rock?
Why am I not suprised that this would happend there. I wonder when the DEA, BATF, sex crimes task force and the Volstead Act Committee raids will commence?
So if one person was shot is it safe to assume that a total of two people were at the library?
