ThisAin’tHell– Yesterday, we reported that governors of Arkansas and Oklahoma issued executive orders to arm their active duty National Guard troops in the wake of the attack in Tennessee on a recruiting office and Reserve training center. NBC News reports that four other governors have joined them;
The governors of Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, Florida and Indiana have authorized the arming of full-time National Guard members to deter attacks and allow them the ability to protect themselves and civilians in case they are targeted.
Missouri State Senators have asked their governor to follow suit. MORE
An unarmed military can’t do a whole lot to defend us from our enemies. When secularists run the show, they’re blind to what evil looks like, offering up nothing more than humanist solutions. Un-Balls, very convenient.
Why haven’t all 50 governors followed suit?
Unarmed military. DISGUSTING. 😡
The South, and Indiana, Has Risen Again. Try it again now, jihadtard, you punk ass cowardly bitches.
We MUST track Muslims. This guy had red flags, he wasn’t a lone psycho. We have got to kick PC to the curb and get serious about survival.
When you are out and about and among Muslims, which one do you trust? Answer: NONE.
Georgia doesn’t have to follow. We already have in place that National Guardsmen can carry.
–Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal will not order National Guardsmen to arm themselves at bases and recruiting centers across the state Saturday in the aftermath of attacks on two military facilities in Tennessee.
Deal spokesman Brian Robinson said the governor made the decision after consulting with Georgia National Guard leader Joe Jarrard. He said the two concluded that no policy change was needed “because current state law allows members of the Guard to arm themselves if they choose to.”

And the reason all National Guards are not armed is…what?
Bout time. More guns less crime. Just a fact they can’t face. The real fear of the left is that they know it’s true , it’s proven so every day.
A real president would recommend this action to all governors and then arm the US military.
Here in Florida, the govnr closed store-front recruiting offices and moved their operations to local armories. They won’t move back until security is reviewed and improved at the original locations.
Amen. Can’t wait ’till we get a real president. America can’t wait.
Don’t leave the other “7” out.
How quaint, soldiers allowed to have and carry weapons!
That is completely correct. That attitude doesn’t make me a hater, it makes me a realist.
Well, praise God and PASS THE AMMUNITION!
You only hear about the major, successful, incidents in Israel. Why? Because their soldiers are armed, even when, “off duty.”
So many incursions are taken out that we never hear of (per Lt. Col. David Grossman) because only the successful ones get media attention. You’d be surprised at the number taken out that never get the chance to fulfill their mission due to Israel’s armed populace of military men and women.
Maybe all the soldiers could chew a gun out of a pastry tart and go bang with their mouth. That scares school principals to death!
Let’s let the citizen militia 2A carry nationwide. One armed citizen could have corked that fucktard pig in Chattanooga before anyone else died.
Amen!
And in the state where it happened:
From the article:http://www.timesfreepress.com/news/politics/state/story/2015/jul/18/tennessee-waits-other-states-arm-guardsmen-wake-chattanooga-attacks/315329/
Way to jump out there and show some leadership there Haslam!
i heard a story on public radio about this One reason given why guns were not allowed at recruiting centers in the past was that the guns being there might intimidate potential recruits who would stop by.
Hello? If you are intimidated by guns I do not want you signing up to defend this country. I want soldiers who are comfortable with guns defending America.
It also may keep us alive too.
6 red states, 6 republican gov’s….Coincidence?
Methinks NOT….
