CNS: Jody Jones, whose brother was shot and killed by an illegal alien, attended Tuesday’s State of the Union address, where President Donald Trump honored his brother’s memory and share the story of his tragic death.
The president’s guest was also present as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) tore up her copy of Trump’s speech, which paid tribute to his brother and called for an end to the California law (SB 54) that allowed the illegal alien to remain in the country, free to kill Jones’ brother.
“It felt like she ripped our hearts out. All the guests; we couldn’t believe it,” Jones said Tuesday morning in an interview on “Fox and Friends.” watch

Tearing that speech in half was a dramatic symbol of what the Democrats have done and intent to keep doing to America, dividing it into pieces.
BTW, I suspect it was a premeditated and planned action, not some spontaneous emotional thing done out of disgust (in her view).

At first I was livid that she did that and you can see she was trying to suppress a sneer. Then I thought about the optics (better be used by the GOP for campaign ads) of what she did. It represents what the left has done and will continue to do until all good is torn up.
They have succeeded to begin the tearing up of our country, dividing citizens among each other as well as citizens against the people they are importing to cause chaos in our nation (cartels, illegal aliens, Islamic refugees who are jihadists in disguise). They started to tear up our economy, military, educational institutions, government and our rights, along with our way of life.
This symbolized their desire to tear up our Constitution.

Claudia- It’s already being used in internet ads. And the ad isn’t calling attention to what she did, it’s just playing a clip of when it happened as Trump is speaking. Exactly how we saw it. He’s praising America and asking God to bless the nation and she’s back there ripping up papers like it was her last payment on her mortgage.

Pelosi claims everything DJT said was a lie, one of her stated motives for ripping up the speech.
Apparently she has the accurate numbers as to America’s position. For example, black unemployment isn’t at an all time low according to Nancy. She wants all blacks to know the unemployment number is much higher than what’s being stated by Trump. Yet she doesn’t really have a number, just that Trump is a liar.
Her motive is the ability to pander to what the democrat party describes as victims. Systemic racism is a thing according to democrats and when that begins to diminish to the point where blacks can actually get a job it translates to votes lost for the democrats.
But it also puts on clear display the things democrats are for eliminating, such as systemic racism, are actually the lifeblood of the democrat party. They simply cease to be relevant without it.
Just like Al Sharpton is nothing without the racism he pretends to be against. That makes him and the entire democrat party race baiters, a party built on racism and deception, made possible by corruption.
All you need to know is when a democrat calls Trump a liar, especially when he states statistical facts, the democrat doesn’t want you to know the truth.
Things are going well in America, and the Democrats just can’t take that. Whitmere’s response was tepid and uninspiring at best, but Pelosi completely undercut even that with her tearing up her copy of Trump’s speech. Combined with the cutaways of Democrats either sitting on their hands or watching their phones, the Democrats may have done more damage to their party than Trump did with a dynamic State of the Union address.
But let’s apply Whitmere’s exhortation that “actions speak louder than words,” and apply that to Trump’s first four years. The economy is doing great, minorities have record low employment, the wage gap is in fact closing, we have new trade agreements, and the world is largely at peace. The television talking heads can argue about percentage points or nitpick here and there, but these are the “actions” during the Trump administration as borne out by government statistics.
The Democrats, on the the other hand, are nothing but words. Governor Whitmere should apply her own test to her own party, and she will find that the Democrats have done nothing for the American people, offered nothing to the American people, and that the Democrat plan of action is to reverse any gains made during Trump’s administration. At some point, I expect Trump to use Whitmere’s response and demonstrate what the Democrats really are.
Well, doggies, I guessed correctly yesterday, that all during the SOTU Nancy was doing a constant stream of self talk to not eff-up her preplanned paper ripping stunt. (as she did the signing of the impeachment document). Nancy don’t smile, Nancy don’t smile. And focusing on getting the timing just right. Trying to look spontaneous. But she was over acting and in need of an acting coach.

I’ve heard many times how she’s a political genius. I’m really trying to figure that out. She lost the house once because she dumped Obamacare on us. I believe she will lose the House again because all they’ve done is try to impeach Trump since the first day and then she gave it over to the most ignorant liar who talks so stupid and looks like a puppet with creepy bug eyes that nobody could stand to watch him. Then she followed up her caucus being rude and disrespectful to not only The President, SOTU and Americans, but also to the invited guests, two of which were children, by ripping up the speech.
She turned off every last thinking Democrat left and instead of seeing that and apologizing, she keeps doubling down. That’s not very smart imho.
BTW, I only think they won the House two years ago because so many RINOs retired and so many people were pissed at the establishment Republicans and voted third party or not at all. We won’t make that mistake again and this time President Trump will be on the ballot.
