Spineless little pansy – IOTW Report

Spineless little pansy

Patriot Retort: Keith Olbermann wants everyone to stay seated for the National Anthem as a way to protest against President Trump’s so-called “threat” – I presume against NFL players who disrespect our anthem and our flag.

But I watched that segment from the President’s rally in Alabama.

And for the life of me, I cannot find where he issued a threat.

Let me quote what he said.

“Wouldn’t you love to see one of these NFL owners, when somebody disrespects our flag, to say, ‘Get that son of a bitch off the field right now, he’s fired! He’s fired!

“You know, some owner’s gonna do that. He’s gonna say, ‘That guy who disrespects that flag, he’s fired,’ They’ll be the most popular person in this country ’cause that’s a total disrespect of our heritage, that’s a total disrespect of everything that we stand for.”

Read that a couple times.

And tell me please, where the hell is this threat?  MORE

  1. The flag and national anthem are symbols of our nation. You know – the nation where everyone is free to protest anything and where society works to try to make things better for all. Standing for the national anthem shows respect for the nation that allows, and even encourages this.

Standing for the national anthem also shows respect for the over whelming majority of people who support this country and what it stands for. By kneeling or sitting or even just not showing up, the NFL players are showing their disrespect for those fans who buy the tickets, consume the overpriced concessions, purchase the gear and watch the games. In other words, the players are showing disrespect for the people who are responsible for their enormous salaries.

As for Olbermann, he is nothing more than a self-absorbed, egocentric jackass who is trying, and failing to stay relevant. Olbermann is not worth the time I spent writing these last two sentences.

  2. I’m surprised this little faggot is keeping this shit up. He just getting KILLED on all social media. He has been for quite a while. What’s his point? Where’s his audience?

  3. You know how this guy got hired on en the early days of ESPN? He was a big authority on Baseball Trading cards and could recite stats from memory. So were suppose to listen to the advise of some geek who memorized stats for players of a game he himself could never play.

  4. ESPN used to be on at my house as well, it was good entertainment for sports fans. In fact I even thought olberman was pretty good too, when he was being a sports reporter. Talk about a bunch of people that shit in their own nest.

  5. Olbermann is still around? I thought he went to Canada or Chad, or “somewhere over the rainbow” after President’s Trump’s magnificent election. Go to hell Keith, you suck.

  6. All we ask for is three fucking minutes where these guys just need to stand quietly as we honor our country and they can’t give us that.
This is all an outcome from electing a shit disturber community organizing agitator for eight long years, then electing someone who demands a bit more law and order..

  7. You know who else was an entertaining teevee sports guy was Van Earl Wright. He was on Fox Sports years ago. I don’t know why I liked him, but I did. Sports used to be fun. Speaking of Fox, two or three years ago the had a radio show on Sundays that was real good, I think it was Tom Mooney and Ben Maller. They are gone somewhere, beats me where.

  8. I am tired of how people who love the United States are expected to join in with these ass wipes simply to show support for their Constitutional Rights, but leftist are allowed to violently attack conservatives because of their views.

  9. I also stayed up late during the NBA championships in recent years Zoe cause of the back and forth with Cleveland and Golden State. Curry was presented as good Christian family man. What a jerk.
I’ll just shoot hoops at the gym. Not interested in NBA or NFL.
Was watching FSU, but, losing first game to Alabama (losing the starting QB to injuries), having the first home game cancelled because of Irma, having the Miami game rescheduled to October, and losing the next home game,it doesn’t matter too much if I turn on ESPN to watch.
