10 Comments on Spoken Interview With Ford, Edison and Firestone
When Helen Keller asked to go camping with them, Ford replied, “Bro’s before Ho’s.” 👿
Wouldn’t global warming cultists refer to these 3 people as the “Axis of Evil”? Without their contributions we wouldn’t have all those nasty lightbulbs and automobiles melting the polar ice caps and glaciers away.
Remember, only by having the UN take money from the wealthiest nations and redistributing to 3rd world dictators can we save the world from climate change.
I always wanted to know if that old chestnut about installing his first light bulb in a remote Indian outhouse wuz true. It is said Edison wanted seclusion and privacy for testing purposes, but in so doing became the first man in history to wire a head for a reservation.
@F.D.R. in Hell: And when Edison asked Helen Keller if she wanted to feel his bulbs, she replied, “I don’t see that happening anytime soon”.
@Rat Fink: Do you have that one in Braille? FDR in Hell could show it to her.
🙂
Looks like I burned this thread. Sorry, BFH. 👿
OK, Fink, you used up all your ‘groaners’ for the month with that one. 🙂

my Great Grand father met Edison in PA back when he, edison was pushing something that did sound and moving pictures. my great grandfather said he was an asshole and didn’t want anything to do with that device. and the fact that it needed electricity to work it was a waste of time and nobody was going to pay that much to have one of these things in their home. he said it would turn people into idiots and then nobody would do anything except sit in front of it and waste their whole life away.
smart man my GG was.
