In order to save the state $80 million over the next two years, Wisconsin is shifting its state employees to new health insurance plans with a deductible and higher co-pays. The move is being made so Wisconsin can mitigate the effects of the Cadillac Tax from Obamacare that is expected to hit in 2018.
Most state employees currently have the CoInsurance Plan and pay no deductible. In 2016 singles will pay a $250 deductible while families will have to fork over $500. Out of pocket limits would be $500 – $1,000 for singles and $1,000 to $2,000 for families.
Of course the hew and cry out of Madison will be “It’s all Walker’s fault.”
could not happen to a better group of people. Any of them stupid enough to blame anyone but Obama should be stripped of their teaching certificate due to the fact they are too dumb/radical to teach children.
They asked for it,. they got it and it ain’t a Toyota.They screamed, cursed, insulted the governor, filthied up their state capitol backing obama’s failed policies and the failed policies of their previous Democrap governors , now that THEY have to pay THEIR ” Fair Share ” they are crying the blues.There is a warm place in southern climes they can go to where they will be ruled by another similar to obama if they ignore his horns.
