States should use the Compact Clause to guard against illegal immigration

the constitution signing founding fathers

Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 of the United States Constitution:

“No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.”

  1. Refuse services. PERIOD.

Syrians and/or any illegal alien invading rat-people.

Forbid any state employee from participating in any activity providing services to them – including investigating their murders – and make it well-known.

  2. It’s a fine idea, but I wouldn’t count on Governor Douchey-Douche to protect the people of New York State this way.

Last I heard he still wasn’t on the list of governors refusing to take in Syrian refugees.
