She wasn’t just a member of the jury she was the Foreman. That alone should prompt a mistrial however the Judge in this mess isn’t likely to give one. In fact the judge chastised the defense concluding that they should have been able to find out this person wasn’t a suitable juror before now. Amazing.
How is the judge getting away with this? Let me guess, she has big purple lips.
