Stranded Chinese Spacemen Return Using Their Replacements’ Craft

Three Chinese astronauts returned from their nation’s space station Friday after more than a week’s delay because the return capsule they had planned to use was damaged, likely from being hit by space debris.

The team left their Shenzhou-20 spacecraft in orbit and came back using the recently arrived Shenzhou-21, which had ferried a three-person replacement crew to the station, China’s Manned Space Agency said. More

  1. This is the first I’m hearing about this. I knew they were stuck but didn’t realize they’d gotten them back.

    I miss news reports. Just news. Was actually thinking the other day about how much I miss CNN Headline News of all things. I mean it was really nice to be able to sit down & watch for just 30 minutes at any time of day & catch up on the major headlines of what was going on. Wish there was something like it today.

    There were just too many chinks to crack. There were no geeks on board that knew how to fix the cracks. They had some Home Depot Gook Glue but it wouldn’t have been enough to fix all the chinks.
