Subway has been accused of religious discrimination against Christians after an outlet in Wisconsin refused to serve customers because of the anti-abortion and anti-gay messages on their T-shirts.
Street preacher David Grisham was in town for the Republican National Convention when he and three friends popped into a Waunakee branch of the fast-food franchise to grab a sandwich.
But they were forced to go elsewhere when a young woman behind the counter confirmed she was refusing to serve the group because of the messages on their T-shirts.
The world’s largest restaurant operator has now been hit with a deluge of angry comments from Christians after video of the exchange went viral, with some warning the company it risks a Bud Light style boycott.
‘I don’t care what kind of response Subway comes up with,’ wrote one. ‘I will never set foot in one of their filthy little stores again.’
Grisham, from Amarillo in Texas, insisted that his group ‘did not purposely try to antagonize anyone’, with their neon T-shirts bearing slogans including ‘abortion is murder’, and a paraphrase of Romans I, denouncing gay sex as sin.

The last time I was at a Subway, the girl behind the counter had a nasty infection on her nose piercing. I left without ordering and have never returned.
This sounds like an employee gone rogue, not a Subway policy per se.

So …just don’t go to Subway. Or any other restaurant where one doesn’t know the owners and their employees. I suggest that in todays Unitedstates that one bring one’s own lunch, avoiding ‘surprises’ people like this deposit in one’s food. The silence of food service workers is worse than those who run their suck/refuse service; in the second case one is forewarned, in the first case one is not.
Avoid food that one does not prepare for oneself.
In any event, I hope they remembered to leave a tract for the edification of those employees.

A business should sell to all people regardless of their opinions. Chick-fil-A will sell chicken sandwiches to homosexuals on the way to a “wedding.”
That Subway server is such a dogmatic leftist tool, she doesn’t care if she loses her job. The “persecute Christians because they are not tolerate” narrative is all that matters to her. She can’t see the hateful hypocrisy or of her actions.
Let’s face it, Subway’s isn’t doing so well. With the likes of Jimmy John’s, Jersey Mike’s, and Fire House Subs, they better have a plan on how they’re going to serve/sell to broke college graduates.
